Building a new home can be an overwhelming experience when decisions are coming at you fast!  We can help relieve some of the stress so that all you have to do is enjoy the excitement of watching your new home come to life, day by day!.

This package Includes the entire home construction or section of the home being renovated. Includes – but not limited to – paint colors to flooring, cabinet selections, hardware, lighting, tile, and specialty wall coverings and exterior veneers and colors.  Additional selections will be defined in the mutually agreed upon contract.

This project requires a deposit of $200.00 to be payed up front.  This secures your project start date and schedule.

Final project price will be provided in the Design Contract.
